Project Brief

The Dolls for Friends site was constructed to be a public platfrom for eljl's new side project in which we create custom, plush dolls for sale and publicity for our design studio. We wanted a simple weblog that would allow for posting news and other features related to project.

Solution

Because of our success with webclique.net and the Wordpress platform, it was decided that we would again use that system to house the Dolls for Friends website. A custom template, utilizing XHTML, CSS and PHP was developed as the framework for the weblog, which used Wordpress as the backend CMS piece. Graphic elements were then added to the layout to support the theme of the work being done.
